• Controlled A/B testing of design variations to gather data-driven insights, refine performance, and optimize development decisions.
• Market analysis / voice of customer survey so that your device is informed by end users.
• Optimized material selection process so that we can move forward expeditiously and not waste time and money on material selections that will not meet performance requirements or cost constraints.
• One (1) optimized design so we can focus our efforts on the product with the most revenue potential.
• Up to five (5) working prototypes we can use as a learning tool to refine device development + design freeze to lock in final specifications and move forward with product development confidently.
• Weekly 60-minute strategy sessions to inform + refine product development.
• Up to two (2) on-site visits to collaborate directly with your team, assess design +  manufacturing feasibility, and address critical challenges in real time.
